One of the best things about having a nice looking watch, is the compliments you get from it. Whether is be from little old lady at the grocery shop or the cute girl at the office, it's all good. This is what the Invicta 9212 excels at. It's a great looking watch, the gold plating accents on the band look great, but there is one problem.
The white dial with the gold hands and markers doesn't have enough contrast to be easily visible. If you ever coloured in with pencils when you were a kid you can probably get a good idea of what I mean.
When you colour in a page with a yellow pencil and when there is a lot of sunlight, the yellow is almost impossible to see. This is why the visibility on the Invicta 9212 Chronograph can be a problem. For some people it's a big deal, for some people they'll just cup their hands and block the sun so they can see it better. But still, important to note. Let's take a look the main features of the watch.

One of the other main flaws of this watch is the gold plating. It's a rather thin layer of gold that is prone to scratching. Depending on how you wear this watch, it might not be a problem. If your consistently wearing your watch in very "scratchy" areas you might want to keep this in mind. However, the guys over at Invicta aren't stupid. They undercoat of the gold plating is also gold, so even if it gets a couple of scratches, you shouldn't be able to notice them very much.
So to finish up, who is this watch perfect for? I'd say someone who wants a nice looking, casual and classy watch. If you want a watch to go well will dinner parties and other social occasions, I'd say this might be right up your alley. It's cheap enough for your wallet to stay healthy and it comes with all the benefits of a watch easily three times the price. A great watch, what do you think it would look like on your wrist?
